Education Architecture



St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School is a new two story start up High School for the Catholic Diocese of Austin. It is located on a 50 acre site in northwest Austin, adjacent to an existing Catholic Elementary School. The facility is master planned for both schools to share a common cafeteria. Construction materials include steel framework, metal stud framing, stucco and masonry exterior walls and an architectural standing seam roof.

This High School is a co-educational college preparatory school founded by the Diocese of Austin to prepare young men and women to become faith filled, visionary and inspirational leaders in service to the Church and the world. With a student enrollment of 365, the 83,690 SF building houses 13 classrooms, two science learning centers with laboratories, a computer learning center, a library/media center, a fine arts suite and art studio, a gym, administrative offices, a conference room, student health and teachers' work suites and three athletic fields.
