RANGER MUSEUM: KNOX HALL

WACO, TEXAS

The 12,000 SF renovation to the existing Knox Hall on the Texas Ranger Museum Campus adds updated finishes, energy efficiency, and additional volume through rework of the ceiling to gain unused attic space. The dated rough-sawn cedar panels were replaced with gypsum board and limestone columns.  Large windows added along the north wall bring views of the scenic Brazos river and Baylor McLane Stadium, however, electric shades can provide solar screening at the push of a button.
