ST. MARK CATHOLIC CHURCH
PARISH ACTIVITIES & RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

DENTON, TEXAS

The growing parish, land locked at their current location, selected CP&Y to provide master plan services for the campus relocation to a new site. This masterplan design included a 1,500 seat church, Parish Activities Center and Religious Education Facility, Youth Gymnasium, and Rectory. Phase I was the design and construction of the Parish Activities and Religious Education buildings.

The Parish Activities Center is a multi-use space designed for Worship, Fellowship and Dining with a full service kitchen and administration offices. The primary gathering space is designed to seat 650 for worship or 576 for dining and includes additional space for a sacristy and day chapel. The building is steel frame construction with masonry and stucco exterior. The Religious Education building is 11,700 SF and includes 16 classrooms. It is wood frame construction with masonry and stucco exterior.

Church Animation
Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), projects can come to life with accurate sun, landscaping, vehicles, and people, allowing our clients to understand the design through immersion in a computer model, which can then be used for generating a fundraising package.
